	Cylindrical ITO Target (Rotatable ITO Target) A cylindrical target can be used in a cylindrical sputtering system.The material utilization of a cylindrical target is at least 2.5 times higher than that of a planar target because a cylindrical target rotates and is therefore sputtered over a wider area.A cylindrical target, moreover, can be sputtered at higher input power than a planar target,such that greater throughput in the sputtering process is expected.
